Overall had RELAXING stay which contributed to the good overall holiday. My double room had central heating, a multi-channel television, and ironing facilities. The hotel was in a particularly good and fab location close to the town centre, and all the attractions. It also was near to all the shops. The staff was friendly - I would book here again.

The property is gorgeous and clean, offers marvellous breakfasts. The staff are amiable, and the owner too. The units are neat with a balcony. There is a wide array of lovely food for breakfast. Will be back whenever we go to Skegness.

The rooms were well decorated with storage space, tea plus the balcony as described. Loved the decor, it was convenient. The setting was ideal and comfortable, right by a break in Skegness and local shop and bars.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, but everything was wonderful. It was ideal, comfy and with balcony. This accommodation had a central setting close to town centre. The whole experience was fabulous, no complaints whatsoever, would be happy to recommend.

There's Wolfies Wine Bar with nice shots very close to the venue. Shared bathroom with all essentials. We really enjoyed our stay in Sandgate.
